Failure to maintain Membership in Good Standing may result in suspension of voting rights, as well as suspension of common area recreational amenity use privileges, including access to the Pool.

It's time to determine eligibility for voting

Canyon Lake Property Owners are reminded they have until Thursday, March 18, to clear their accounts, pay off fines and catch up on their POA dues if they want to vote for new Directors at the General Meeting in May. Only “Members in Good Standing” will be allowed to vote.
Getting accounts cleared by March 18 will give the Member Services Department time to close escrows and update accounts in time for the “Record Date for Notice and Voter Eligibility” on March 19.
