Stop by Equestrian Center tomorrow

     After getting rained out on February 27, the Canyon Lake Equestrian Club would like to invite the community to view or participate in Play Day at the Equestrian Center tomorrow, March 13, at 9 a.m. The festivities will include four timed Gymkhana events, including Cloverleaf Barrels, Poles, Single Stake and a Catalog Race. There also will be stick horses races and games for the younger cowboys and cowgirls. A barbecued meal of hot dogs or hamburgers, chips and a drink will be served at a cost of $5. For riders, registration will begin at 8 a.m. They may participate in all four events for a cost of $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Ribbons will be awarded through sixth place and points will accumulate toward a year-end awards ceremony. Here, Kristen Hansen is pictured on Hunz.
