News Briefs: Shred Days

     • The Library will host a Shred Day on Saturday, March 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. as a way to dispose of old tax documents and confidential papers. The cost is $2 per storage box; proceeds will benefit Friends of the Canyon Lake Library.
     • For those who can't get out that date, Pack, Wrap and Post will host a Shred Day in front of the Canyon Lake Post Office on Saturday, March 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $2 per storage box.
     Document Security Solutions will provide shredding at both events; there is no limit and no need to remove staples or paperclips beforehand. Parish Morris, owner of Document Security Solutions, is a service-disabled veteran, according to Debby Gagnon of Pack, Wrap and Post.
